ROyals PipELINE Training Program
The Royals have a training program for prospective travel players known as the Royals Pipeline Training Program. This program is designed to have players who maybe interested in travel to get some additional training, practice with travel teams and participate in a local AAU tournament and/or summer league programs.
Overview
- Tryouts: Begin in Late February
- Age Groups: 5th Grade, Boys and Girls
- Dates: Training Starts in mid-March
- A heavily discounted eight (8) week training program with basketball trainer Chris Lewis
- This training will take place on Sunday afternoons in an Eastern Prince William County Middle School
- Eight (8) weeks (concurrent) of EPWBA League training clinics with EPWBA League Administrator/Coaches
- This training will take place during the middle of the week (likely on Tuesdays) in a local Eastern Prince William Middle School
- Game play and participation in the local AAU-style tournament and/or a local summer league in June/July 2026
- After the 8-week Training Program is complete, the team will practice starting in mid-May, in preparation for the games that they will play.
- All players who choose to join this training program, will also receive a EPWBA Royals Pipeline team uniform
